As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will support this company to drive key revenue generating activities such as timely, accurate billing & invoicing and new process implementation.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices</li><li>Entering, posting and reconciling batches</li><li>Researching and resolving accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors</li><li>Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger</li><li>Collections</li><li>Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a company in St. Paul. This is a hands-on position covering all areas of Accounts Payable.
