The role will play a key part in ensuring timely payroll execution across multiple pay cycles while helping maintain complete and reliable payroll records.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer end-to-end payroll processing for weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly pay schedules with a strong focus on timeliness and precision.<br>• Maintain and update payroll records for employee onboarding, departures, compensation changes, direct deposit setup, and tax withholding elections.<br>• Examine payroll data before each cycle to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and confirm accurate payments.<br>• Handle special earnings and deductions such as bonuses, commissions, garnishments, benefit deductions, and other payroll adjustments.<br>• Reconcile payroll reports and contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including required payroll reporting.<br>• Prepare year-end payroll documents such as W-2s and assist with payroll tax filing obligations.<br>• Address employee questions related to pay statements, taxes, deductions, and timekeeping concerns in a courteous and timely manner.<br>• Work closely with HR, Benefits, Accounting, and Finance teams to preserve payroll accuracy, data consistency, and policy compliance.<br>• Provide payroll records, reports, and supporting documentation for internal and external audit requests.
