  • We are looking for a Property Manager to support an affordable housing community in Columbus, Ohio. This is a fully onsite contract-to-permanent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can balance resident support, property operations, and regulatory compliance in a fast-moving environment. The role focuses on maintaining strong occupancy, guiding leasing activity, and helping ensure the community operates smoothly while meeting affordable housing standards.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct day-to-day operations for the property, ensuring residents receive timely support and the community is maintained to high standards.<br>• Serve as a primary contact for residents by handling questions, resolving concerns, and fostering positive tenant relationships.<br>• Oversee leasing efforts from inquiry through move-in, with attention to occupancy goals and accurate documentation.<br>• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to address service requests, monitor completion, and support quality property upkeep.<br>• Manage rent collection activities, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain organized payment records.<br>• Prepare, review, and process certifications and recertifications in accordance with affordable housing program requirements.<br>• Maintain property files, operational records, and reporting within Yardi and Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Help enforce community policies and support compliance with HUD guidelines and other applicable housing regulations.
