<p>Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a Project Manager or Coordinator to support a long-term project role with a Financial Services client in Columbus, OH. This role will help manage and drive a variety of internal process and system projects. Prior experience within Financial Services is a plus. This role will last through the end of 2026, with potential for contract to hire in 2027. Role will work a hybrid schedule with several days a week in office in Columbus.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in a related field</p><p>• Approximately 5 years of related Program or Project Management experience (more traditional project management - planning and execution versus agile or waterfall).</p><p>• Payments experience a plus (any kind of payments rails, e.g. ACH, wire, real-time payments, check processing, card networks, etc)</p><p>• Prior Financial Services industry experience</p><p>• Strong presentation skills and comfort with preparing/presenting status updates to large groups including Executive Leadership Team.</p><p>• Ability to build schedules, track work, gather requirements, and create project documentation.</p><p>• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.</p><p>• Audit experience a plus</p>
