You’ll play a significant part in completing statutory and regulatory accounting across multiple entities in North America.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Own the end-to-end accuracy and quality of balance sheet completion while maintaining control and governance standards.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts to enhance finance processes and deliver value-added services.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage team performance, enforce policies and agreements, and foster a customer-focused service culture.</li><li>Oversee journal entry review, reconciliation approvals, and financial trend analysis for accurate monthly close cycles.</li><li>Lead development and management of key relationships within the finance team and business partners.</li><li>Support audit processes including external and internal audits with zero material adjustments.</li></ul>
