<p>We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to support our operations in Miami, Florida within the aviation Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector. </p><p>In this contract role, you will play a critical part in managing client relationships, supporting B2B service offerings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across aircraft maintenance programs.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone experienced in aviation services, technical account management, or MRO environments, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive business growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and grow existing client accounts, including airlines, operators, and aviation service providers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention</li><li>Identify and pursue opportunities for MRO service expansion, including maintenance programs, repair services, and component support</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding aircraft maintenance schedules, service updates, and operational needs</li><li>Respond promptly to inbound inquiries related to maintenance capabilities, turnaround times, and service offerings</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of work scopes</li><li>Monitor account performance, including service delivery, turnaround times, and cost efficiency, and provide regular client updates</li><li>Support contract negotiations for maintenance agreements, service packages, and repair orders</li><li>Conduct market and client research to stay informed on fleet needs, industry trends, and MRO opportunities</li><li>Proactively address client concerns related to aircraft downtime, service delays, or technical issues, ensuring timely resolution</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales activities within CRM and internal systems</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
