<p>We are seeking an <strong>Application Development Project Manager</strong> to lead the end-to-end delivery of custom and packaged application development initiatives. This role partners closely with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to ensure applications are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The ideal candidate understands software development well enough to manage technical teams while maintaining strong delivery, communication, and risk management discipline.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead <strong>end-to-end application development projects</strong> from initiation through deployment and post-release stabilization</li><li>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams</li><li>Partner with engineering teams to plan and execute <strong>Agile/Scrum or Hybrid SDLC</strong> delivery</li><li>Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives</li><li>Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized</li><li>Track and report on delivery metrics, milestones, and KPIs to leadership</li><li>Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks, resource constraints, and technical dependencies</li><li>Coordinate <strong>UAT, release planning, and production deployments</strong></li><li>Manage vendors or offshore teams when applicable</li><li>Ensure project documentation, status reporting, and communication are accurate and up to date</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a <strong>Project Manager</strong> supporting <strong>application or software development</strong> initiatives</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>SDLC</strong> and Agile delivery methodologies</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools</strong></li><li>Experience managing cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and timelines</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in <strong>Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid</strong> environments</li><li>Exposure to <strong>web, mobile, API, or cloud-based applications</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>Experience coordinating <strong>CI/CD pipelines, testing cycles, and releases</strong></li><li>Prior experience with <strong>vendor or offshore team management</strong></li><li>PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification (nice to have)</li></ul><p><br></p>
