Responsibilities:• Serve as a financial advisor to studio leaders and project managers, providing insights and guidance on budgeting and forecasting.• Collaborate with internal teams to support multidisciplinary project development and maintain open lines of communication.• Oversee project accounting tasks, including budget creation, cost tracking, and financial health assessments.• Review and ensure compliance of financial terms in customer and supplier contracts.• Manage monthly billing cycles, client communications, and subcontractor invoice reconciliations.• Prepare detailed financial reports on project performance and overall firm-level metrics.• Conduct variance analyses to compare budgeted versus actual figures and assist in project closeouts.• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, optimize fee structures, and enhance operational efficiency.• Mentor and support finance team members to strengthen their skills and abilities.• Partner with IT teams to improve financial systems, such as Deltek Vision or Oracle, for better data accuracy and usability.
