Reporting to their dedicated CEO, the CFO will be a key member of the Executive Team. The CFO will lead and manage all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, grant compliance as well as oversee their human resources and IT group. This critical CFO position will also work with the executive team to execute the organization’s strategic planning processes and lead the evolution of finance and accounting and related systems to support organizational growth and mitigate risk.
