The Analyst will have exposure to a variety of responsibilities within the organization, but primary focus will be financial modeling, acquisition due diligence, asset management, leasing, and presentation work. The Real Estate Analyst must have a BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred with 3+ Years of Real Estate Finance experience. Argus software is a requirement for valuations and discounted cash flow models for all properties.
