This may include invoices, Bill of - Landings, freight confirmations, statements, and audit related documents.<br>- Maintain accurate records for all AR accounts. Ensure cash and invoices are properly applied to customer accounts and are posted correctly.<br>- Other duties as assigned.<br><br>Accounts Receivable Clerk must meet the following criteria:<br>Minimum 2 year of Accounts Receivable experience is required. <br>Intermediate to high level data entry skills.<br>Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>Knowledge in ERP and internet software.<br>Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers, with a clear comprehension of accounting terminology.<br>Ability to compute basic math.
