You’ll ensure participants understand their benefits options, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing a seamless enrollment experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employees during open enrollment periods.</li><li>Educate employees on benefits options, plan changes, and enrollment procedures.</li><li>Assist with benefits-related questions via email, phone, and in-person sessions.</li><li>Manage and track enrollment data accurately to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to streamline processes and improve employee experience.</li><li>Conduct workshops, presentations, and one-on-one consultations to support enrollment understanding.</li></ul><p><br></p>
