We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team in Worthington, OH. This role requires someone detail-oriented who can ensure smooth operations within the testing center while maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for examinees. As this is a long-term contract position, you will play an essential role in upholding the integrity of the testing process and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:• Welcome candidates to the test center and verify their identification before exams.• Conduct security checks, including wanding, to ensure compliance with testing protocols.• Monitor examinees closely throughout their testing sessions to maintain a secure environment.• Address any candidate concerns or issues promptly and in accordance with company policies.• Safeguard testing materials and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.• Ensure examinees receive a fair and comfortable testing experience, resolving any disruptions professionally.• Prepare detailed reports for any irregularities or incidents that occur during testing.• Represent the organization's values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.• Assist with scanning and recording candidate fingerprints when applicable.• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements, including occasional evenings and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is preferred. • At least one year of in-person customer service experience, such as in retail, hospitality, or call centers. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members. • Ability to write clear and accurate reports and correspondence. • Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Office software and web browsers. • Capability to multitask and handle small tools for equipment packing and setup. • Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed. • Comfortable remaining stationary for extended periods while monitoring exams and moving through testing rooms regularly.
