Responsibilities: • Enhance the automation and standardization of our ML platform o This is a key function of the role • Continue to advance our ML techniques: o End output of AI predictions is based on supervised learning (both regression and classification) including advanced uplift modeling. Unsupervised learning is relevant as an input to supervised learning models. GenAI can be used as in input if appropriate o Most data utilized is highly complex and robust structured data. • Identify areas of opportunities to enhance our AI platform • Develop and monitor ML models • Develop deep understanding of our complicated data sets to support feature development in conjunction with our data engineering team • Leverage and continue to develop our ML ops platform. We currently use Azure Machine Learning. • Work collaboratively with our analytics and client reporting team • Based on seniority, mentor other members of our team on ML solutions Requirements: • 3-5 or more years of experience of solving data challenges with ML and/or statistics • Coding experience necessary to build automated ML pipelines and build API connections to connect the AI to other system processes. • Experience with Python and SQL • Experience with supervised ML modeling with structured data • Understanding of statistics (don’t need a statistics degree). Good understanding of conditional probability. • Demonstrated success in high-growth company environment, with demonstrated GSD (“Get Stuff Done”) attitude and results • Strong influencer and communicator across all levels of the organization • Detail and metric oriented • Preferred: Prior experience working in the public cloud environment (Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP). • Preferred: Prior experience either working with healthcare data or data related to direct marketing (e.g., call centers, email/SMS/IVR marketing, banner ads) • Experience leveraging GenAI coding tools (e.g. Github Copilot or Cursor) to speed code development.
