Workplace Experience Ambassador 3
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage various front-of-house functions will be crucial to enhancing the overall workplace experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.<br>• Oversee front-of-house operations, including directing inquiries and managing reception services.<br>• Coordinate and execute the physical setup of meeting spaces and events, including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment.<br>• Maintain accurate records of room bookings and event schedules, ensuring calendars are updated regularly.<br>• Collaborate with facilities teams to support additional services as required.<br>• Act as a representative of the workplace experience team, fostering positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Monitor and address the cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces to ensure they are well-maintained.<br>• Assist with catering arrangements and hospitality services for meetings and events as needed.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Self-driven and efficient, with a confident approach to handling various tasks.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and represent the team professionally.<br>• Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple activities effectively.<br>• Proficient in using PC-based systems and platforms for daily operations.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required.<br>• 5-7 years of experience in reception, concierge, or related fields.<br>• Previous experience in catering or hospitality services is preferred.
