This role will focus on leveraging <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM</strong> to deliver impactful, scalable solutions that optimize both user experience and business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to define requirements, design customized solutions, and manage the development lifecycle.</p><p>We are looking for someone who is a <strong>strategic problem-solver with hands-on technical expertise</strong>. This is a hybrid position that blends business analysis responsibilities with technical configuration and administration to ensure solutions are both efficient and user-centered.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, configure, and optimize <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM</strong> solutions tailored to business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Write and manage detailed business and functional specifications to guide development and testing teams.</li><li>Configure Dynamics 365 CRM components, including workflows, entities, forms, dashboards, and business rules.</li><li>Utilize <strong>SQL</strong> and tools like <strong>Power BI</strong> for advanced data analysis and performance reporting.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.</li><li>Support Agile project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation.</li><li>Lead workshops, provide project updates, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer across teams.</li><li>Mentor junior analysts and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a <strong>Business Analyst</strong> or <strong>Business Systems Analyst</strong>, with 3+ years specifically focused on <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM</strong>.</li><li>Strong experience in configuring modules such as <strong>Sales</strong>, <strong>Marketing</strong>, or <strong>Customer Service</strong> within Dynamics 365 CRM.</li><li>Proficiency in writing complex <strong>SQL queries</strong> and optimizing performance in <strong>SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in gathering and documenting technical requirements and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools like <strong>JIRA</strong>, <strong>Confluence</strong>, or <strong>ServiceNow (SNOW)</strong>.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred & Technical Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:</li><li><strong>Power Apps</strong> (Canvas or Model-Driven Apps)</li><li><strong>Power BI</strong> for reporting and data visualization</li><li><strong>Power Automate</strong> for workflow automation</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Power Pages</strong>, <strong>Dataverse</strong>, <strong>Power Fx</strong>, and <strong>Azure Logic Apps</strong>.</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (e.g., <strong>MB-210</strong>, <strong>PL-200</strong>) are a strong plus.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Git</strong> and tools like <strong>Visual Studio</strong> for reviewing source code and collaborating with developers.</li><li>Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE REACH OUT TO CATHERINE HAMILTON AT ROBERT HALF</p>
