We are looking for a meticulous and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position offering flexible, part-time hours. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing inventory and preparing shipments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inventory management tasks, including retrieving products from storage and preparing them for shipment.<br>• Package items, print and apply shipping labels, and ensure shipments are ready for dispatch.<br>• Maintain accurate inventory records by processing purchase orders and updating inventory software.<br>• Operate and manage multiple freezer units to access and organize stored products.<br>• Assist with generating inventory reports to support operational needs.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.<br>• Monitor and replenish inventory supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.<br>• Follow established protocols to maintain product quality during handling and storage.<br>• Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in storage and shipping areas.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.<br>• Basic computer skills to operate inventory software and print labels.<br>• Physical capability to lift and move items as needed for shipment preparation.<br>• Willingness to work in environments with freezer storage.<br>• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.<br>• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
