We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Winter Park, Florida. This is a contract position lasting three months, where you will collaborate with a dynamic group of recruiters to support the organization’s hiring needs. The role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience and suitability for the role. • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment processes. • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. • Ensure compliance with corporate recruiting policies and procedures. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics. • Collaborate with team members to achieve hiring goals and improve recruitment practices.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Strong background in corporate recruiting with a focus on meeting organizational goals. • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to develop effective strategies for sourcing high-quality talent. • Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles and priorities. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to shared objectives.
