Revenue Manager
<p>We are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager to oversee critical financial processes, including revenue recognition, contract management, and invoicing. This is a Contract position based in Vermont, ideal for professionals with expertise in managing accounts receivable and federal contracts within high-volume environments. The role requires a strong focus on optimizing and improving financial procedures while maintaining compliance with industry standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage revenue recognition processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.</p><p>• Oversee contract reviews to align financial operations with compliance requirements.</p><p>• Supervise high-volume invoicing activities to maintain efficiency and accuracy.</p><p>• Lead accounts receivable operations, ensuring smooth and timely collections.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve discrepancies in contracts or payments.</p><p>• Implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows and enhance productivity.</p><p>• Monitor adherence to federal contract regulations and guidelines.</p><p>• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on revenue trends and forecasts.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to optimize financial practices and reduce operational risks.</p>
• Extensive experience in revenue recognition and accounting practices.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and management.<br>• Proven expertise in handling contracts, including federal contracts.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume invoicing operations.<br>• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the utilities/infrastructure industry.<br>• Solid analytical skills to assess financial data and develop actionable insights.<br>• Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
