Exception Role
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Williamsville, New York on a contract basis. In this role, you will handle specialized or complex transactions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customer requests and updates. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, optimizing processes, and supporting team members and business operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process customer transactions with precision, ensuring corrections and updates are completed accurately.<br>• Address inquiries related to the platform promptly while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).<br>• Maintain data integrity by generating reports and analyzing metrics to provide actionable insights.<br>• Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Owners to identify opportunities for improved platform usage and convert these into measurable outcomes.<br>• Perform order entry duties and transactional functions to support business needs.<br>• Resolve issues effectively with a focus on accuracy, tact, and speed.<br>• Analyze data trends to offer meaningful insights that support business strategies.<br>• Optimize workflows and business processes to enhance overall efficiency.<br>• Provide general support to team members and assist in achieving organizational goals.<br>• Promote platform adoption and usage by addressing challenges and providing solutions.
• Minimum of a two-year college degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high school diploma with at least five years of relevant functional experience.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.<br>• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer care.<br>• Experience in handling complex transactions and resolving issues efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with reporting metrics and generating data quality reports.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
