Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting office operations and ensuring smooth communication within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a focused, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a housing association.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide administrative support by managing daily office tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.</p><p>• Answer and direct incoming calls effectively while addressing inquiries or transferring them to the appropriate department.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry to update and maintain organizational databases.</p><p>• Greet visitors and handle receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.</p><p>• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, and reports as needed.</p><p>• Support leasing-related tasks by coordinating documentation and maintaining accurate files.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.<br>• Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing communications effectively.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Detail-oriented demeanor with experience in receptionist duties.<br>• Familiarity with business casual dress code and maintaining a detail-oriented approach.<br>• All candidates are required to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
