If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>As a Demand Planner, you will:</p><ul><li>Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts for short- and long-term periods.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align production plans with customer demand.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.</li><li>Utilize advanced software tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, or demand forecasting systems) to create data-driven projections and scenario planning analyses.</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to improve demand accuracy and production efficiencies while maintaining cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Identify demand spikes, risks, or anomalies and proactively communicate adjustments to stakeholders.</li><li>Track and report on forecast accuracy, production performance, and key supply chain KPIs.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong proficiency with demand planning tools and MS Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.</li><li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets, think critically, and generate actionable insights to improve operational performance.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional partners to achieve shared objectives.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.</li><li>Hands-on experience in food manufacturing, supply chain operations, or related fields.</li><li>Familiarity with current industry trends, demand planning methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability or waste reduction practices within a manufacturing environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
