Sr FP&A Analyst
<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior FP& A Analyst to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to support essential financial planning and analysis processes, while delivering strategic insights that drive business performance. This position involves complex financial reporting, cost analysis, and forecasting to ensure informed decision-making across the organization. Reach out to Molly Gardner at 816-601-1196 or apply today! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Create and present detailed financial and operational dashboards, forecasts, and reports to support business leaders.</p><p>• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages for review by the management team.</p><p>• Develop and refine budgets and forecasts, aligning with both short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.</p><p>• Maintain and update a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast to ensure accurate financial planning.</p><p>• Provide actionable insights on productivity, costs, and other key operational metrics to drive efficiency.</p><p>• Conduct thorough analysis of cash flow, product costs, and expenses, recommending improvements to leadership.</p><p>• Investigate variances in financial and operational performance, collaborating with teams to address and resolve issues.</p>
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of FP& A experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Strong comprehension of the interplay between the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.<br>• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.<br>• Demonstrated ability to model complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable presentations.<br>• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and related principles.<br>• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
