HR Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Whites Creek, Tennessee. This role involves managing key HR functions such as onboarding, compliance processes, and administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the human resources department. If you are passionate about creating streamlined employee experiences and maintaining organizational standards, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.<br>• Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility in compliance with company policies.<br>• Maintain and update HR records using HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.<br>• Support HR compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to regulations and company standards.<br>• Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits, payroll, and other HR functions.<br>• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and implementation of HR procedures.<br>• Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.<br>• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR-related metrics and initiatives.<br>• Monitor and track employee training requirements and certifications.<br>• Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations.
• Previous experience in human resources, with a focus on onboarding and administrative functions.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ability to manage HR records efficiently.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to conduct background checks and ensure employment eligibility requirements are met.<br>• Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
