<p>We are looking for an experienced Property Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in White Plains, New York. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the financial operations of multiple properties and ensuring accurate reporting. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the financial success of the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Produce comprehensive tenant statements and ensure their accuracy.</li><li>Handle complete accounting processes for multiple properties from start to finish.</li><li>Support the calculation and recording of expense accruals.</li><li>Conduct bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of cash postings.</li><li>Maintain precise accounts by auditing and processing invoices.</li><li>Leverage Yardi software to efficiently manage property accounting activities.</li><li>Adhere to general ledger standards and uphold accounting principles.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>• Proven experience in property accounting, preferably within a similar role.</p><p>• Proficiency in Yardi software for accounting and property management.</p><p><br></p>
