<p>Marketing Manager needed for a full-time, fully onsite position in Central Massachusetts. Looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in the B2B professional services space and who can be a marketing team of one. Looking for someone who can help our client consolidate several external vendors and bring the digital marketing function back in-house. Must be strong technically and be able to update and optimize their website. Must be strong with email marketing, SEO, and social media including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. This is a fully onsite position so only local candidates who can work fully onsite in Central MA will be considered. Target salary is 80-100K depending on experience.</p>

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.<br>• Proficiency in managing email campaigns and paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads.<br>• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and web optimization practices.<br>• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.<br>• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and managing customer interactions.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.<br>• A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies.<br>• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
