Recruiter Intermediate (3-6 years)
<p>We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 3-6 years of expertise to join our client's team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top-tier talent while maintaining exceptional standards of communication and data integrity. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in talent acquisition strategies and thrive in dynamic environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</p><p>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate reporting.</p><p>• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company’s values and attract top talent.</p><p>• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.</p><p>• Negotiate offers and facilitate discussions to secure top-tier candidates.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with worker’s compensation policies and other employment regulations.</p><p>• Prepare detailed recaps and reports on recruitment activities for team meetings.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a liaison throughout the hiring process.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.</p>
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with 3-6 years in a similar role.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.<br>• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and data management.<br>• Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.<br>• Ability to negotiate and navigate discussions with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Knowledge of worker’s compensation policies and other relevant employment regulations.<br>• Experience with Oracle systems is preferred.<br>• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity and accurate reporting.
