Corporate Recruiter
<p>We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis in Westerville, Ohio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth and success of their Engineering and Information Technology teams. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners, and contribute to innovative strategies that enhance our talent acquisition efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.</p><p>• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and priorities.</p><p>• Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruitment plans.</p><p>• Source, screen, and interview candidates for critical roles within Engineering and Information Technology.</p><p>• Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruiting performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative approach to recruitment.</p><p>• Share knowledge and best practices within the Talent Acquisition team to support overall organizational growth.</p><p>• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent.</p><p>• Manage requisitions effectively, ensuring timely and quality hires.</p><p>• Stay informed about industry trends and provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field.<br>• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within Engineering and Information Technology sectors.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies and processes.<br>• Familiarity with using a consultative approach to recruitment and stakeholder engagement.<br>• Capability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment practices.
