<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Westbrook, Maine. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with order management, collaborating with procurement, and maintaining stock levels. <p>• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or order entry environment.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.</p><p>• Familiarity with order entry systems and inventory management processes.</p><p>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.</p><p>• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Availability to work flexible hours, including potential weekend shifts.</p><p>• Commitment to completing the contract term with reliability and consistency.</p><p><br></p>
