We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Westborough, Massachusetts as an Inhouse Contract employee. This is a Contract position ideal for someone with strong administrative and receptionist skills who thrives in a dynamic office environment. The role requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking efficiently while maintaining accuracy.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls on a switchboard with 1-10 lines.<br>• Utilize 10-key typing skills to input data quickly and accurately.<br>• Apply conditional formatting techniques to organize and analyze data effectively.<br>• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel.<br>• Maintain office supplies and ensure that resources are adequately stocked.<br>• Assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and mail handling.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations.<br>• Coordinate schedules and meetings to ensure smooth communication within the office.<br>• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.<br>• Respond to inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry.<br>• Strong knowledge of conditional formatting in spreadsheet applications.<br>• Previous experience managing receptionist duties, including handling multi-line phone systems.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Familiarity with basic office equipment and operations.<br>• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
