We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Westborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee critical financial processes, including month-end and quarterly closings, while maintaining the accuracy of reconciliations and financial reporting. You will also contribute to finance activities across diverse business units and global regions. Responsibilities:• Manage monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.• Oversee the preparation and review of reconciliations to maintain precision in financial reporting.• Collaborate with international teams to align financial strategies and practices.• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.• Develop and refine forecasting models to enhance financial predictability.• Create and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational financial policies.• Utilize financial modeling to evaluate business performance and opportunities.• Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial processes.

• Proven experience in managing month-end and quarterly financial closings. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. • Demonstrated ability in preparing accurate and detailed financial reports. • Expertise in forecasting and strategic financial planning. • Familiarity with merger and acquisition integration processes. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams. • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
