In this role, you will play a critical part in processing, closing, and disbursing residential real estate loans while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, borrowers, and external partners to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Review loan applications and evaluate financial information, including income, assets, debts, and credit reports, to ensure eligibility.</p><p>• Initiate and manage the ordering of necessary documents such as credit reports, title searches, appraisals, and inspections.</p><p>• Act as a central point of communication between underwriters, loan officers, closing companies, and customers.</p><p>• Submit complete loan packages to underwriters, ensuring they meet all portfolio or investment requirements.</p><p>• Balance settlement statements and coordinate the disbursement of loan funds.</p><p>• Ensure the receipt of properly recorded legal documents and deliver completed loan files to the post-closing department.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are looking to grow and take on this entry level role as a loan closer, please APPLY TODAY.
