This Contract-to-long-term position offers an excellent opportunity to work on the Imaging team within IT Enterprise Applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business analysis, process modeling, and agile methodologies to drive meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities: • Lead discovery and delivery phases by collaborating with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and InfoSec teams to establish high standards for business analysis. • Conduct detailed requirement elicitation and translate business objectives into actionable epics and user stories, including defining clear acceptance criteria. • Analyze and document current and future-state processes, map data flows, and support integration specifications. • Manage project scope, traceability, dependencies, and impact assessments to ensure successful value realization. • Provide support for change control processes, defect triage, and release readiness activities. • Develop audit-ready documentation aligned with security, privacy, and vendor compliance standards. • Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Swagger/Postman to ensure efficient project delivery. • Assist in improving legacy systems and contribute to modernization initiatives. • Collaborate on imaging and document management platform projects, leveraging experience with tools such as OnBase, Kofax, or FileNet. • Ensure alignment with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. • Proficiency in writing requirements, creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria, with 7+ years of experience. • Strong analytical skills in process modeling, data mapping, and integration analysis, with 5+ years of relevant experience. • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and experience with change control processes. • Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Swagger, and Postman. • Knowledge of imaging, document management platforms, or modernization of legacy applications is highly desirable. • Background in financial services or insurance industries is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
