The scope of the role involves comprehensive management of accounting tasks, financial analysis, and project accounting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting in <strong>Microsoft Business Central</strong></li><li>Utilize BC’s <strong>Project Management module</strong> for revenue recognition, tracking, and analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights, reporting, and forecasting.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Conduct <strong>variance analysis</strong> and recommend improvements.</li><li>Oversee <strong>AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close</strong>.</li><li>Ensure <strong>GAAP compliance</strong> and support audits, budgeting, and forecasting.</li><li>Drive <strong>process improvements</strong> and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of Financial Accounting with at least 2 years of experience</strong> with <strong>Microsoft Business Central (BC)</strong>.</li><li>Expertise in <strong>project accounting</strong>, <strong>revenue recognition</strong>, and <strong>WIP schedules</strong>.</li><li>Strong <strong>financial analysis and reporting</strong> skills.</li><li>Experience in <strong>industrial/construction accounting</strong> preferred.</li><li>Bachelor's in <strong>Accounting, Finance, or related field</strong> (<strong>CPA/CMA preferred</strong>).</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Excel</strong> and reporting tools a plus.</li><li>Strong <strong>communication and collaboration</strong> skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
