Project Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Webster, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting construction projects by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all stakeholders. Your ability to stay organized and proactive will be essential in maintaining project timelines and records.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and track assigned cases to ensure timely completion of notices, inspections, and claims.<br>• Maintain and update records in SharePoint and QuickBase, organizing information for easy accessibility.<br>• Log daily time entries accurately, selecting the appropriate project and role in your timecard.<br>• Collaborate with project managers through weekly check-ins, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.<br>• Communicate professionally with residents, managers, and field staff to ensure clarity and respect in interactions.<br>• Assist with tenant outreach, including mailings, move logistics, and other on-site support tasks.<br>• Facilitate administrative tasks to keep project schedules aligned and on track.<br>• Support construction project management efforts by managing timelines and coordinating necessary activities.<br>• Perform scanning and documentation tasks to ensure all relevant project files are properly archived.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Experience in construction project support or related administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in master scheduling and organizational tools.<br>• Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint and QuickBase is preferred.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions.<br>• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, including scanning and record-keeping.<br>• Background in project management or assistance roles is a plus.<br>• Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset to maintain project accuracy.
