<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in healthcare administration or relevant field preferred.</li><li>1+ years of experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient registration environment preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently during overnight hours while staying alert and professional.</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology, health insurance processes, and electronic health record (EHR) or patient management systems preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills, with a patient-first mindset.</li><li>High attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.</li></ul>
