The ideal candidate will bring 1+ years of experience in insurance litigation and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in legal practice. This role provides the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote flexibility with in-person responsibilities as needed to meet client and case demands.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting motions and handling discovery requests.</p><p>• Conduct depositions and represent clients effectively in court proceedings.</p><p>• Perform thorough legal research and prepare high-quality written materials.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.</p><p>• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and apply them effectively to cases.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in insurance litigation.</p><p>• Participate in activities requiring travel, as needed, for case-related matters.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong, attentive relationships with clients and stakeholders.</p><p>• Utilize strong presentation skills to deliver compelling arguments and case updates.</p>

<p>• Active license to practice law in California.</p><p>• 1+ years of experience in insurance litigation, including civil litigation.</p><p>• Proven ability to draft motions and handle discovery processes.</p><p>• Demonstrated skill in conducting depositions and court appearances.</p><p>• Strong academic background and exceptional writing abilities.</p><p>• Effective legal research capabilities and attention to detail.</p><p>• Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p><p>• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines</p>
