Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team in Waller, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. This position offers flexibility with remote work and occasional in-person meetings, making it an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our marketing efforts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.<br>• Design and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.<br>• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide detailed reports during weekly team meetings.<br>• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding across platforms.<br>• Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, including creating newsletters and email content.<br>• Write and publish blog posts on a weekly or bi-monthly basis to enhance our online presence.<br>• Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media and marketing materials.<br>• Oversee website updates using WordPress and ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.<br>• Participate in the first office meeting of each month to align on goals and strategies.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies through analytics and keyword research.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.<br>• Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.<br>• Strong skills in email marketing tools like Mailchimp and the ability to create compelling newsletters.<br>• Familiarity with WordPress for website content management.<br>• Ability to create and edit high-quality content using tools like Canva.<br>• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and campaign performance.<br>• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
