Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis in Vonore, Tennessee. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys engaging with people, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while working closely with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.</p><p>• Receive, track, and distribute packages to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.</p><p>• Assist with customer service initiatives, including organizing documentation and preparing informational packets.</p><p>• Provide support to multiple departments by stepping in for operational tasks as needed.</p><p>• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including setting up conference rooms and preparing necessary logistics.</p><p>• Arrange lunches for executive meetings and ensure refreshments are available for visitors.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks into the company’s system to maintain records and ensure data integrity.</p><p>• Keep the front desk and communal areas tidy and well-organized at all times.</p><p>FOR IMMEDIDATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE CONTACT: Kelly Fellows 865-370-2219</p>
• Strong communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.<br>• Proven organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Detail-oriented with proficiency in accurate data entry.<br>• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.<br>• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Experience handling receptionist duties and managing calendars.<br>• Knowledge of email communication and customer interaction techniques.
