Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR processes, including onboarding, orientation, and administrative support tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic manufacturing environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including both in-person and virtual orientations.<br>• Maintain accurate records for new staff members and monitor important onboarding milestones.<br>• Provide administrative support by managing expense reports, processing invoices, and replenishing office supplies.<br>• Organize and streamline exit procedures for departing employees.<br>• Assist HR leadership with initiatives aimed at enhancing internal processes and communication strategies.<br>• Ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support benefit-related functions.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to generate reports and maintain documentation.<br>• Coordinate orientations for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Proven experience in human resources administration, including onboarding and orientation.<br>• Proficiency in conducting background checks and managing pre-employment processes.<br>• Familiarity with benefit-related functions and HR compliance requirements.<br>• Strong organizational skills for handling administrative tasks such as expense reporting and procurement.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
