We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Associate with a talent for working with diverse clients and financial data. Join our team and utilize your skills to help individuals and organizations navigate their tax obligations effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Organize and review client-provided financial information, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and readiness for tax processing. Use detail oriented tax software and tools to input data, calculate tax liabilities, and optimize deductions and credits for clients.

What We’re Looking For Experience or education in accounting, finance, or tax preparation is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects. Proficiency in tax software and tools is a plus, but training can be provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a variety of clients and team members. Commitment to learning and staying current with tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
