This role will oversee the accuracy of financial information, guide budgeting and forecasting efforts, and support sound decision-making through strong analysis and planning. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to month-end close, consolidation work, and compliance with banking and financial requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.</p><p>• Prepare and review financial statements, including consolidated reporting across entities or business units as needed.</p><p>• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities by partnering with leadership to evaluate performance and project financial results.</p><p>• Monitor banking-related obligations and maintain compliance with lending agreements and reporting requirements.</p><p>• Provide financial analysis and recommendations that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.</p><p>• Strengthen accounting controls, reporting processes, and documentation to improve accuracy and consistency.</p><p>• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve accounting issues and support audit-related needs.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p>• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or senior-level accounting/finance position.</p><p>• Strong background in month-end close and full-cycle financial reporting.</p><p>• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and managing multi-entity reporting.</p><p>• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.</p><p>• Knowledge of banking compliance requirements and financial covenant reporting.</p><p>• Solid understanding of financial statement preparation and accounting best practices.</p><p>• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that support business strategy.</p>
