<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Shipping &amp; Receiving Coordinator</strong> to oversee domestic and international shipping operations while ensuring the accurate receipt of incoming materials. This role is critical to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting customer deliveries, and ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Day to Day:</strong></p><ul><li>Verify outgoing shipments against sales orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Package products to prevent damage during transit.</li><li>Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other designated carriers.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate domestic and international shipments.</li><li>Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and export documentation as required.</li><li>Review shipping labels, packing slips, and international documentation for accuracy.</li><li>Manage communications related to shipping exceptions, delays, and customs clearance issues.</li><li>Create return shipping labels as needed for Customer Service.</li><li>Provide accurate shipment weights and dimensions to Sales and Customer Service teams.</li><li>Coordinate domestic and international shipments for marketing materials with preferred carriers and freight forwarders.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in domestic and international shipping and receiving.</li><li>Knowledge of international shipping processes, customs documentation, and carrier requirements.</li><li>Experience with MRP systems; CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li></ul><p><br></p>
