Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vandalia, Ohio. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with data entry, vendor communications, and enrollment processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately input and update data into member portals, ensuring all submissions are confirmed and processed correctly.</p><p>• Communicate with vendors and representatives to address inquiries and resolve issues as needed.</p><p>• Handle enrollment processing and eligibility postings with precision and efficiency.</p><p>• Generate and analyze reports to support operational objectives.</p><p>• Scan and index documents to maintain organized and accessible records.</p><p>• Distribute mail to appropriate departments and individuals.</p><p>• Respond promptly to inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs.</p><p>• Manage email correspondence professionally and effectively.</p><p>• Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>For immediate consideration, call 937.224.8326.</strong></p><p><br></p>
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, demonstrating strong communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing and processing information.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls and email correspondence professionally.<br>• Experience in order entry and document scanning is preferred.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage mail distribution and appointment scheduling.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.<br>• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
