<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Financials Applications Director to lead the development, enhancement, and management of Workday financial systems. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.<br>• Strong expertise in Workday Financial Management, including configuration and API development.<br>• Proven ability to develop business requirement documents and oversee configuration management.<br>• Experience with data governance, role-based access controls, and system integrity monitoring.<br>• Knowledge of accounting principles and their impact on financial systems and downstream processes.<br>• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.<br>• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
