						<p>We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of IT projects that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Strategize, direct, and manage the delivery of IT projects involving system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and software implementations </li><li>Oversee project budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely execution, adhering to financial constraints</li><li>Proactively identify and address risks throughout the project lifecycle to avoid delays or cost overages </li><li>Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, bridging IT, manufacturing, R& D, and marketing teams for business strategy alignment </li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, deliverables, and progress updates for senior leadership </li><li>Build and sustain vendor relationships to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks, contractual obligations, and project schedules </li><li>Continuously assess and refine project management methods by implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency </li><li>Deploy change management strategies to smooth the transition to new systems, technologies, or processes </li><li>Ensure all IT initiatives comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, particularly concerning manufacturing and data protection</li></ul><p><br></p>
					
					
						• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally in manufacturing or technology-focused environments.<br>• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices.<br>• Project Management certification, such as PMP, preferred.<br>• Proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and budget oversight.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations relevant to manufacturing and technology industries.
