It’s an exciting opportunity to bring your technical accounting knowledge to a hands-on, production-based environment where your work directly supports daily operations and long-term strategy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>&#128313; What You’ll Do</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure accurate month-end closing.</li><li>Track, analyze, and reconcile manufacturing costs and inventory transactions.</li><li>Partner with production and supply chain teams to review variances and ensure accurate cost allocations.</li><li>Generate detailed financial reports and assist in forecasting and budgeting activities.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis.</li><li>Review financial data for accuracy and consistency with GAAP and company standards.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.</li><li>Proven experience in accounting within a <strong>manufacturing or production environment</strong> (required).</li><li>Strong grasp of accrual-based accounting and cost tracking principles.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).</li><li>ERP system experience preferred — comfort navigating multiple software platforms.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively across departments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
