HR Director
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our client's team in Tuskegee, Alabama. This is a Contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to lead human resources functions in a higher education setting. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise and support a team of three HR professionals to ensure smooth departmental operations.</p><p>• Collaborate closely with the President and Chief of Staff, attending regular meetings to discuss organizational goals and strategies.</p><p>• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely support.</p><p>• Manage all aspects of employment processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and terminations.</p><p>• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.</p><p>• Drive employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.</p><p>• Utilize PeopleAdmin and Microsoft Office 365 Suite to effectively manage HR systems and workflows.</p><p>• Provide leadership in compensation and benefits planning to align with institutional goals.</p><p>• Ensure HR compliance with higher education standards and legal requirements.</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><p>• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.</p><p>• Proficiency in using Office 365 Suite and PeopleAdmin systems.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefit functions, and HR compliance.</p><p>• Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.</p><p>• Excellent communication and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive personnel matters with discretion and professionalism.</p>
