Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Turners Falls, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks for a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Handle incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.</p><p>• Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.</p><p>• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.</p><p>• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure records are easily accessible.</p><p>• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring they are warmly welcomed and directed appropriately.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.</p><p>• Monitor and address emails promptly, ensuring effective communication within the organization.</p><p>• Provide receptionist duties, including greeting clients and answering general inquiries.</p><p>• Facilitate smooth communication between departments to support organizational goals.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a non-profit setting.<br>• Strong proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.<br>• Familiarity with office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.<br>• Experience handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
