• Proven experience in financial analysis, particularly within manufacturing or product-based industries.<br>• Strong skills in financial modeling and the ability to create detailed, dynamic models.<br>• Expertise in variance analysis, with the ability to identify and explain deviations.<br>• Proficiency in conducting ad hoc financial analysis to address business needs.<br>• Knowledge of data mining techniques to extract and analyze large datasets.<br>• Strategic mindset coupled with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.<br>• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data to various stakeholders.<br>• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.
